Track a vendor’s insurance certificate

COI Manager tracks insurance policy details and expiration status by vendor. Find Evergreen Landscaping and open Edit to enter the certificate information.

Record the carrier, policy number, effective and expiration dates, and coverage limits. This training example includes one million dollars per occurrence and two million aggregate. Save the policy information.

The vendor now appears with an active policy. Use the expiration filter to focus on the status you need, and keep verification dates and requirements visible during vendor review.
