Preview price changes and organize categories

Products and Services Manager puts your item list and accounting mappings together. Search or filter to find the items you need, select the rows, and open Price change. You can also batch-edit categories, accounts, descriptions, and other supported fields.

Choose the adjustment method and calculate a preview. Here, adding ten dollars changes the price from ninety to one hundred, and the cost from seventy-five to eighty-five. Review each new value before applying it to the staged changes. Review and Save commits them later.

The Categories tab shows your hierarchy, with item counts and subcategories. Open a category to rename or move it, or import categories from a spreadsheet. The same workspace also includes cost groups, so you can organize the lists that support your items.
