RightTool grew from practical improvements to the QuickBooks Online workflow: easier navigation, favorite shortcuts, faster access to reports and fewer repetitive steps. Its public release history starts with a beta in September 2022.
Over time, the toolkit expanded across transaction entry, bank feeds, reconciliation, reports and list management. RightTool offers a free edition and a Pro subscription with additional capabilities for accounting professionals.
That work is the foundation for SuperTools: full-page tools inside QuickBooks Online for the bigger jobs, from batch cleanup and spreadsheet imports to reports, schedules and customer management.
